Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation timing and limits for orders Nexus separately accepts in writing.
Effective date:
Cancellation before a supplier order
If a customer requests cancellation before Nexus submits the order to a supplier, Nexus will make reasonable efforts to cancel it. If successful, Nexus may issue a refund subject to disclosed payment-processing fees or other lawful charges.
Cancellation after a supplier order
After Nexus submits an order to a supplier, cancellation is subject to that supplier's requirements. Supplier cancellation, production, restocking, processing, or other fees may be deducted from a refund when disclosed and legally permitted.
Cancellation after production begins
An order may no longer be cancellable once production, fabrication, cutting, processing, or customization begins. If cancellation is allowed, the customer may be responsible for costs already incurred by Nexus or the supplier.
When cancellation becomes effective
A cancellation request is not effective until Nexus confirms the cancellation in writing for the specific order. Do not treat a sent email or voicemail as confirmation.
Requesting a cancellation
Contact Nexus at complaints@nexusbuildingcomponents.com with the order number and only the information needed to identify the transaction. Do not email card details, passwords, government identification numbers, or other sensitive information.
